A mosaic consists of thousands of little stones. Some are blue, some are green, some are yellow, some are gold. When we bring our faces close to the mosaic, we can admire the beauty of each stone. But as we step back from it, we can see that all these little stones reveal to us a beautiful picture, telling a story none of these stones can tell by itself.
That is what our life in community is about. Each of us is like a little stone, but together we reveal the face of God to the world. Nobody can say: "I make God visible." But others who see us together can say: "They make God visible." Community is where humility and glory touch. (Henri Nouwen)
Imagine…a new community of faith where a diversity of people, a multitude of cultures and a world of possibilities come together in the unifying presence and worship of Jesus Christ. Imagine…a new community of faith that sees the command to “Love thy neighbor” as interwoven with the Great Commission. This is the vision for a new church in our city…a reforming church with a transforming message in a converging world.
Mosaic Fellowship is a new church with just such a vision. We invite you to join us as we unite in worship together and bear witness in the diversity of our lives to God's amazing glory and transforming grace.
Begining April 24th, 2011 we gather weekly on Sunday evenings at 6pm for worship in the auditorium of Rehoboth Baptist Church. Rehoboth is located just east of I-285 at 2997 Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker, Georgia.
